We would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone for visiting our site and taking an interest in this project. We would also like to give our heartfelt thanks to the following people for various reasons: -Hamilton Prep, for supporting us and being so enthusiastic helping the environment. -The Cactus Stitchers for helping us make all the crafts and also helping us sell them. -Representative J.D. Mesnard, for helping us so much by getting us sponsors, an article in the newspaper, and tips on how to raise the money that we needed. -Chandler Traditional Junior High, for holding fundraisers and showing so much of support. The school raised $254 for our cause -Bogle Junior High for holding plastic bag and pop tab drives. BJHS raised a staggering 17,000 soda can tabs and 1,300 bags so that we would have enough recycled materials for our craft making. -Changing Hands Bookstore for allowing us to come to and sell our crafts at their store This was also our ooportunity to raise awareness of the forestry issues in both states. -Basha Elementary's sixth grade classes for being so interested in our project and letting us come and talk to them about helping the environment. -Verizon Wireless, for sponsoring this project. Verizon showed that they also care about the envirnment by donating $1,600 to our cause.-Treeland Nurseries, for donating 15 pairs of women's gloves to us. |
